Bob who runs the rock n roll club in Bletchley had a torrid time on the
13th June! Only 65 people turned up for his first Alldayer with Slip Slim and The
Sliders headlining.
 
We at the King Creole would like to express our sympathies to Bob as he
worked very
hard on this gig just as we did last year at our first Alldayer.

Bob ran into the same problem that we did - it seems that a promoter in
this area likes to
spread rumours that gigs or Alldayers that might turn out to be rivals
to him have been
called off or bands that are booked to play won't be turning up. Well my
friend we have
your number now and we will make sre that those in the Rock n Roll
community know who you are.
